We are pleased to advise you of a Transition Meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2018. The purpose of this meeting is to elect 4 (Four) homeowners to serve on the Board of Directors. No other association business will be conducted.

Enclosed for your convenience is a proxy, which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting and a candidate form should you be interested in serving on the board. A meeting cannot be held unless a quorum is present, either in person or by proxy.
